Kelp, seaweed and sea vegetables contain one of the most easily absorbed and highest levels of calcium and minerals we can consume. My lunch is a really important meal for me. Fennel is my absolute favourite food ever in the whole world. Fennel, combined with prawns, another absolute favourite food ever in the whole world, is truly a delight I can’t describe! Classic Sarah recipe that was almost all eaten before I managed to snap a quick picture!!! These are vegan, raw and scrumptious! I made individual sized mini-flans based on the Key Lime Pie recipe and adapted it for some chocolate lover friends for dessert for a wonderful dinner party last weekend.
