Ingredients:
1 large fennel bulb, finely sliced
½ iceberg lettuce, finely sliced
1 firm green pear, finely sliced
250 grams walnuts, lightly toasted
3 tablespoons olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
20 or so mint leaves
Method:
Prepare all ingredients right before you want to serve.
Place in a large bowl and combine well.
