Lamb with Pesto & Lettuce

Delicious, simple and ready in 10 minutes!! There’s nothing more to say, just try it and make it your own 🙂

Ingredients:

Lamb leg steaks
Ground black pepper
Macadamia nut oil, or any other oil you like
Baby cos lettuce leaves
Fresh Lebanese cucumber
Mint & Macadamia Pesto
Hummous

Method:

Put on your dancing shoes and some music …

Gently pan fry the lamb steaks in a little oil with ground black pepper. When medium, turn off the heat and leave to rest in the pan.

Wash a few lettuce leaves and slice the cucumber lengthways into soldiers.

Remove lamb from the pan and slice lengthways into matching soldiers …

Serve and swing, twist or shimmy … or boogie
