Sarah’s Cranberry Sauce

This is from the amazing Sarah in Switzerland

200g Cranberries
2 Kumquats finely sliced
3 teaspoon pomegranate syrup
500ml Water
1-2 teaspoon Agar-Agar
2 Star anise
1/2 Vanilla bean pod
a little Chilli

Bring altogether to boil and simmer for about 8 min

Serve with Pancakes, spread on an Omelet, eat with Lamb roast & Veggies, spoon on Crackers…
