2 cups almond flour/meal
2/3 cup coconut flour
2 tablespoons flax seeds
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 apples grated
4 eggs
1/3 cup almond milk (add more If mixture is dry)
1/2 cup blueberries
Gently mix all ingredients together and spoon into muffin tins and bake 20 – 24 min at 200oC
