Two pears, peeled and cored (or a tin of pears without the juice)
One cup raw unsalted cashews (or macadamia nuts)
Blend together till they form a thick cream then put into the fridge to set before serving
The fresh pears may need a little water to get the blender on a roll

If you don’t like cashews or cannot eat them try macadamia nuts – slightly dearer, but worth it…

Thank goodness this house is cashew free (I have a nut issue) I’d be up making it now 🙂
