Finely chop or grate or whack in a blender some beetroot, red cabbage and red onion – fry some lamb mince, then add the beetroot mix with some spices – I used chilli, vanilla and cinnamon and fry gently till cooked. Then add lots of spinach and basil. YUMMY 🙂
