Fiona’s Chicken and Raspberry Salad

Mix a combination of salad/spinach leafs with fresh herbs. I used coriander and spinach leafs.

Saute a shallot and some diced chicken with crushed chillies and oregano and a little ume plum sauce.

Mix with the spinach etc. Add avocado, chopped walnuts and raspberries.
