Lamb shoulder in a slow cooker … rubbed with blitzed garlic, turmeric, pepper, olive oil, honey and lemon juice … browned in the pan then roasted on low for 7 hours … sooooo yummy

You could also brown in a pan and cook in a low oven if you don’t have a slow cooker
