Dragana’s Yummy Garlicy Pepper

As a side dish I served myself a yummy garlicy pepper (capsicum). Again I get few peppers, roast them, peel them and store them in a container with olive oil, garlic and a bit of lemon juice  (umeboshi seasoning can be used too) and chopped up flat leaf parsley.

My tummy was in-joy 🙂
