Ingredients:
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
1 cup raw pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
1 cup raw sesame seeds
2 teaspoons ground turmeric
1 teaspoon ground cumin seeds
Method:
Pre-heat oven to 180ºC
Place all ingredients into an oven tray and toast for 15 minutes.
Keep an eye on them and shimmy and shake so they toast evenly.
Remove from oven and keep stirring as the pan will retain heat!
