Chia Sesame Crackers

This recipe is wonderful and filling and truly scrumptious from the amazing Sue Kira at True Vitality!

Preheat oven 200 C

1/3 cup chia

2 cups sesame seeds

Mixed with 1 tablespoon oil + 3 eggs + 1 tablespoon spices (optional)

The recipe doesn’t need any extra spices, flavour can come from what you put on top or you can use favourite spices and/or herbs…

Mix together and place onto a sheet of backing paper on oven tray.

Cook at 180 C for 20mins.

Flip over, remove paper, cut into desired size squares/rectangles and cook for a further 20 mins or till nice and crunchy.
